Michelle_AdamsMichelle Adams, MA, CA, LMT, Administrator / Physical Therapy Technician

Michelle graduated from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2007, after completing coursework in areas such as anatomy and therapeutic massage techniques, including trigger point therapy, sports massage, and injury massage.

In addition, she is a Certified Chiropractic Assistant and has completed the Medical Assistant program at St. Augustine. Michelle is currently expanding her education to include work in physical therapy. She has worked with CITY Health Services for six years.

Michelle has three children, and she and her family are active in their church community and in youth sports.

Kris Chaney, MA, X-Ray Technician, AdministratorKris-Chaney

Kris graduated from Kaplan College in North Hollywood, California as a Radiologist Technician, with diplomas in both Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy. During her two years at Kaplan, she learned diagnostic techniques such as X-ray, MRI, CT scan, and fluoroscopy.

Currently, Kris is working on her pre-chiropractic education at GCU, and she hopes to be accepted at Palmer College of Chiropractic in the future.

As a health care practitioner, Kris has developed a passion for helping patients live pain-free lives through natural practices. She loves seeing people come in skeptical, but experience transformation in their lives through treatment at CITY Health Services. These experiences inform her focus on patient wellness and her hopes for her future as a chiropractor.

Kris and her wife, Jennifer, are planning their first child together and are currently raising four dogs – one of whom has even had a chiropractic adjustment at CITY Health Services. Kris receives regular chiropractic care and physical therapies, and is committed to a healthy lifestyle, including a strict vegetarian diet and workout regimen.

Keisha-AbbottKeisha Abbott, MA, CA, LMT

Keisha attended Brookline College, where she learned therapeutic massage techniques such as structural, sports, and personal injury massage. She graduated in 2012 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. The following year, she completed both the Chiropractic Assistant and the Medical Assistant programs at St. Augustine. She is also pursuing her degree in occupational therapy.

Keisha has worked with patients with very specific needs, such as contestants on the television show So You Think You Can Dance and members of the USC Trojans football team. In her years with CITY Health Services, she has had opportunities to learn a great deal and develop her skills as a practitioner.
